Other Mortgages

We specialize in 2nd and 3rd mortgages.  They are short-term financial solutions, usually 1 to 3 years.  Our lenders are  looking for funding opportunities with investments that are secured by real estate.

Residential & Land Financing

If you’re looking to purchase a mixed-use property, develop or re-zone vacant land or acquire a residential multi unit building, we can help. We offer two types of land financing:

Land Development Loan 
When raw or undeveloped land needs to be made construction-ready a land development loan can be obtained. 

Acquisition and Development Loan
When raw land is ready to be developed, or needs improvements to its infrastructure or existing buildings, an A&D loan is appropriate.  The loan usually covers both the purchase of this land and the cost of any improvements needed before the 
development can be completed. 

It can be difficult to obtain financing for some of the more unique types of end use projects, especially if you don’t have a history in this type of asset funding.  Our lenders specialize in these types of financing options and evaluate each proposal on an 
individual basis.
